sandra + cesar | los angeles wedding photography
On wedding days, it’s rare that I start off shooting the bride getting ready by herself. Usually she’s surrounded by a ton of women – her maid of honor, bridesmaids, little girls, moms…. it’s an unending list of possibilities. I was so glad to get a chance to shoot Sandra in the calm. It’s great to see that she chose what was best suited for her – not what traditions may call for.
After her hair and makeup were complete, Sandra’s mom came and helped her get dressed for her big day!
Every time I look at this photo – I can “hear” the organ playing in that big church.
There’s such love between Sandra and Cesar — one of my favorite moments to capture is the recessional.
All their family and friends headed to
Union Station for the reception.
Umm… can’t you feel their happiness? It’s pure joy! Great shooting with
Melvin Gilbert again!
